Out of the Boat Disciples was born out of a shared calling to help people move from simply following Jesus to making disciples who make disciples. We believe disciple-making is not reserved for pastors or professionals, but is the calling of every believer who hears Jesus say, “Come, follow me.” Like Peter stepping out of the boat, this work requires faith, courage, and trust—but it is where transformation and multiplication begin.
This ministry is rooted in Scripture, shaped by years of pastoral leadership, and grounded in real-life disciple-making in the local church. Our heart is to walk alongside pastors, leaders, and everyday believers as they step out in obedience, learn to disciple others, and cultivate a lifestyle of spiritual multiplication. Out of the Boat Disciples exists to encourage, equip, and coach those who are ready to take that next faithful step.
